At Silver Nettle, I take pride in the quality of my handmade and handcrafted bath and body products. Due to the nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been opened or used. However, I want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, so I've outlined my policy below:
Damaged and Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a photo of the item, and I will assist you with a replacement or refund. Please note, if the damage occurred during shipping or after use, a refund or replacement may not be accepted.
